Task
Create a convenient and functional platform for submitting application documents.
Working process
The customer was faced with a problem every year at the start of police academy admissions – a large number of the documents submitted are only partially or sloppily filled out. In many cases, some of the documents were not sent at all, or were sent in the wrong format.
In order to optimise this process, a solution was identified – submitting the documents online.
Once admissions begin, a functionality is enabled on the website to submit documents according to the school where you would like to study. The submission of documents takes place in stages, in order to avoid missing documents. First of all, the candidates fill out information about themselves; from this information, the request and the consent are automatically formed, which are confirmed by separate buttons.
The next step is to fill out the questionnaire and submit mandatory personal documents.
All documents from the system are grouped and sent to an employee in one e- mail.
When admissions are not open, the website is active and features informational content. It is used to post news about related events and to provide information about the procedure for submitting documents.
