Toksika

“Toksika” – state-owned enterprise’s official website

We updated the website design for the hazardous waste management company Toksika. Since it is used to manage a large amount of data and information, we gave the page convenient digital tools and an integrated interactive map.

The task and its implementation

The main task was to update the design of the website and find a solution concerning how to present a large amount of information in a visually attractive way and ensure a good visitor experience and easy navigation.

We ran into several problems that we had to deal with. First of all, the information presented in the old version of the website was difficult for visitors to understand because of its very technical and specific nature. Also, visitors had a hard time finding the information they were looking for.

To overcome these challenges, we proposed a smart design concept:

  • In the new version, all pages are accessible in no more than two clicks;
  • Almost all of the most important information is presented with icons, and in the content management system, the pages are programmed by drop-down. Pages created like this give the administrator the freedom to create a structurally and visually organised page, so this method is particularly suitable for public undertakings that have to post a considerable amount of technical, legal and financial information on their websites.

Tailored solutions:
  • Unique design;
  • Transfer of statistical data;
  • Interactive map of waste collection sites;
  • Individually designed order form.
