The main goal was to create a convenient and functional platform for submitting application documents.
The client had a major problem every year with applications for the police academy – a large number of the documents that were submitted were only partially or sloppily filled out. In many cases, some of the documents were not sent at all, or were sent in the wrong format. In order to optimise this process, they decided to make it possible to submit documents online.
Once admissions begin, applicants can submit data electronically on the www.stokipolicija.lt portal according to school where they want to study. The submission of documents takes place in stages, in order to avoid missing documents.
All of the documents and completed forms are grouped and transferred from the system for further processing to the persons responsible for training.
When admissions are not open, the website publishes news about related events and provides information about the procedure for submitting documents and other useful information for future police officers.
